Improve your Happiness Quotient


Happiness Theories:
Once the basic needs are met, more money does not mean more happiness.
Strong family bonds and friendships give a significant boost to happiness levels.
People in happy, committed sable relationships are happier than others.
Happy people don’t waste time dwelling on unpleasant things.
Religious people have generally been found to be happier than non-believers.
Your status relative to others can have a big impact on your sense of well being.

How Money can buy Happiness:

Buy experience instead of things
Spend money to help others instead of yourself.
Buy many small pleasures instead of few big ones.
Pay now, consume later; delaying gratification helps.
Stop getting competitive about shopping.
