A human heart moves up and down while beating.

Earth has hills and valleys.

Sea waves rise before flowing down.

Sun rises in the morning and goes down in the evening.

Birds soar but glide down for prey.

The Seesaw goes up and down.

We climb up the ladder and go down the slope.

Sensex goes up and down.

Business condition is up during boom and crashes during recession.

A thumbs up sign is success while a thumbs down is failure.

While surfing a web page move the mouse up and down.

Fire rises up and water flows down.

A sand storm rises up while a thunder shower falls down.

What does this up and down cycle signify?
